I don't understand the hoopula over GTA: San Andreas' hot coffee

1) The game is rated Mature (17+)

2) Aside for a patch for the PC version, there is no nudity

3) Is Hot Coffee any worse than Baby Blue on Citytv? No it isn't. Both involve simulated sex, but only Baby Blue involves nudity. Yet, Baby Blue remains on the air while Rockstar games came under intense scrutiny.
