So I changed my mind and I decided to switch over to blogspot. Why?

1) RSS

Don’t know what it is? You suck.

Your browser doesn’t support it? You really really suck.

It’s true that Xanga also supports RSS, but you only see the post time and date instead of a post title. How lame.

2) Post archiving

For post navigation, this is much more convenient than Xanga’s post calendar, especially if you don’t always have time to read this blog.

3) Side bar for previous posts

Once again, the convenience factor

4) Anyone can leave a comment

5) Pictures

I found and figured out how to use this line of code.

6) Column Width

One reason why I initially didn’t switch was because of the relatively narrow text column width. But I found this specific blog template more or less alleviates the problem.

And I’ve learned to live with the slightly narrower column width.
